I like the ability to create multiple users and form groups of vehicles by users, which makes it easier to control who has access to which vehicle and allows you to know who took what thanks to the vehicle's history. Moreover, the initial installation of Keycafe was very simple, the instructions are clear, and the support is responsive in case of problems.

KeyCafe has been pretty easy to implement for our staff. The simplicity of checking keys in and out is the best feature. There is an easy process to train new users, and the audit trail is important to our agency.
